Payment/Billing
When booking one lesson at a time, full payment is due up front. In most cases when you register you will be auto-enrolled weekly into the When booking reoccurring lessons, or more than one lesson at a time, payment is required up front for only the lessons scheduled in the current month.
When booking reoccurring lessons, we will charge your credit/debit card on the 1st day of each month for the full amount of the upcoming month’s scheduled lessons.
When purchasing a package of lessons, payment is due up front and no refund is guaranteed, even if you decide to stop taking lessons for any reason.
Rescheduling Lessons & Classes
You can reschedule a private lesson or group class yourself online, or by phone/email for any reason up to 6 hours before the lesson or class. No reschedule or refund is given if you miss your appointment without giving at least 6 hours notice.
Sick Policy
We do not allow students to take classes when they are showing signs of contagious illness. If students are excessively coughing, have a running nose, nausea, or fever symptoms, the teacher has the right to cancel the lesson or dismiss the student from a group class with no refund or make-up class offered. Exceptions may be made case-to-case for students who may be showing symptoms but are deemed non-contagious by a doctor.
Student Pick-up
Parents are required to pick-up students within 10 minutes of their class ending by waiting outside the classroom door, or coming into the classroom. Teachers will not escort students outside of the classroom. Rich Music School nor its teachers will not be held responsible for the child once they leave our classroom. If your child is expected to leave our class location without a parent (ex. they walk home, or go to another class) you are required to submit a signed letter giving the teacher consent to release the child after class. Exceptions may be made on a case-to-case basis with prior written approval.
Use of Images and Videos
I agree that Rich Music School may video and/or audio tape and photograph me or my child, and record my or my child’s voice and performance of any musical composition(s), during and in connection with my music lesson. I agree that Rich Music School may use and license others to use my or my child’s name, voice, likeness and any biographical material concerning me or my child which I may provide, in any and all media, including the Internet, for the promotion or Company’s services. I hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of my or my child’s appearance or the uses to which such appearance may be put.
Personal Injury and Liability
Rich Music School will not be held responsible for any personal items damaged, left, misplaced, or stolen at our facilities or at off site classes, events, or functions hosted or attended by Rich Music School.
Rich Music School will not be held responsible for any personal injuries or bodily damage while at our facilities or at off site classes, events, or functions hosted or attended by Rich Music School, including any short-term or long-term injury caused by playing an instrument including but not limited to tendonitis, carpel tunnel, and hearing damage/loss.
In-Home Lesson Policies
A parent or guardian over the age of 18 must be at home for the entire lesson. If no such adult is home, our teacher will not enter your home and you will not get a reschedule or refund.
Rich Music School nor any of their employees will be held responsible for any alleged damage or destruction to any part of your home, property, yard, or landscape.
